Why our depo5k app beats the browser
The native Android APK and optimized iOS browser version deliver features a standard web browser cannot match. Our app caches game data locally so you can browse game libraries and account history even if your internet connection drops temporarily. Push notifications alert you instantly when your withdrawal has been processed or when a live-game broadcast begins—without draining your battery by running a background web tab.
Our app loads games up to 40 percent faster than the web version because it skips unnecessary browser layers and communicates directly with our servers. You can log in once and stay logged in across sessions; your session persists even if you restart your phone. Live-dealer feeds stream more smoothly because the app uses native video codecs instead of browser fallbacks. For casual browsing, the web platform works just as well, but for frequent players, the app provides the better experience.
App vs. web—both access the same account
Your depo5k balance, game history, and withdrawal requests remain synchronized whether you use the app or browser. Start a game on Android, pause it, log in via web, and resume on your desktop or tablet.
Device compatibility and minimum requirements
We support Android 7.0 and above on all phones with at least 2 GB of RAM. On iOS, you can use Safari or Chrome on devices running iOS 12 and above; we recommend iPhone 6s and later for smooth performance. Our app file size is under 80 MB, so download time is typically under two minutes on standard internet speeds. We do not require high-end hardware—depo5k runs smoothly on mid-range phones from brands such as Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, and Vivo.
Common installation issues and solutions
On Android, you may see a warning that the APK is from an unknown source. This is normal for direct APK downloads outside the Google Play Store. Enable "Unknown Sources" in Settings > Security, then tap the APK file again to install. If installation fails, ensure your device has at least 100 MB of free storage. On iOS, if you see a certificate warning when opening our web link, tap "Trust" to proceed—our certificate is valid and secure.
If the app crashes on launch, clear the app cache by going to Settings > Apps > depo5k > Storage > Clear Cache, then restart the app. If you cannot log in, check that your internet connection is active and that your username and password are correct. If you still cannot access your account, contact our multilingual support team via live chat or email; we are available in English and Indonesian.
App data, permissions, and account security
Our depo5k app requests minimal permissions. On Android, we ask for internet access and, optionally, notification and storage permissions. We do not access your camera, microphone, contacts, or location data. Your login credentials are encrypted before being stored on your device. Payment information such as your mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or bank-account details are never stored locally—only your account token and session data remain on your phone.
We use TLS 1.2 encryption for all communication between the app and our servers. If you lose your phone, log in via our web platform and change your password immediately—this will sign you out of all other sessions. Your account data is not at risk unless someone knows your username and password. We recommend enabling push notifications so you receive alerts if your account is accessed from an unfamiliar device.
